ππ ππππππ On 01 August 2026, the Polytechnic College of Davao del Sur ROTC Unit successfully conducted its First ROTC Formation and Orientation for the Academic Year 2026β2027, marking the official beginning of another year of military training, leadership development, and service to the nation.
The orientation was led by πππ πππππ πΎ. π½πΌππΏππΎπ, π°πππππππ, π·πππππππππ π¨πππ,who warmly welcomed the newly enrolled cadets and provided an overview of the Reserve Officersβ Training Corps (ROTC) program. He emphasized the importance of discipline, respect, responsibility, teamwork, patriotism, and the core values that every cadet must uphold throughout their ROTC journey.
The activity also gave the cadets the opportunity to become familiar with the training staff, who were formally introduced during the program, and to gain a clear understanding of the unitβs policies, standards, and expectations. As they begin this new chapter, they are encouraged to develop not only their physical capabilities but also their character, leadership skills, and commitment to public service.
