Conversations That Heal: You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone

Mental health deserves a conversation, a listening ear, and a safe space to be understood. Through this webinar, JPMAP brings an opportunity to learn more about mental well-being and the importance of reaching out when things feel overwhelming.

Let this be a reminder that every feeling is worth acknowledging, every story deserves to be heard, and support is always worth seeking. Together, let’s make conversations about mental health more open, compassionate, and meaningful. 🌿✨

Because no one should have to carry everything alone.

Celebrating Culture, Connecting Beyond Borders! 🌏

A morning of cultural exchange, shared experiences, and meaningful connections!

The “Play, Share, Connect: A Celebration of Culture and Games Seminar,” organized by the External Relations and Alumni Affairs Office and held on October 13, 2026, at the UM Digos College Conference Room, brought together students for an engaging celebration of cultural diversity through interactive discussions, performances, and traditional games.

Among the student speakers was BSBA-HR student Rey Jean Quijano, who shared insights into Philippine Festivals, showcasing the rich traditions and vibrant celebrations that form part of our Filipino identity.

From cultural presentations and lively performances to interactive games, the activity highlighted how shared experiences can bring people together, foster cultural appreciation, and build connections beyond borders.

Congratulations to Rey Jean for representing the HRM Program, and to everyone who contributed to making this cultural exchange a meaningful experience!

PROJECT HRIZON 🎬

Four Teams. Four Sessions. One Shared Purpose.

A day of learning, leading, and making an impact beyond the classroom!

From insightful discussions to engaging workshops and hands-on activities, our fourth-year BSBA–Human Resource Management students brought leadership development to life during the whole-day training at the Asian Institute of Technology on October 9, 2026.

Serving as both their culminating performance-based assessment in Organizational Leadership (BAHR 224) and the pilot test of Project HRizon, the activity offered a glimpse into the potential of student-led training as a platform for experiential learning and community engagement.

As we look back on the day’s highlights, we celebrate not only the knowledge shared but also the confidence built, connections formed, and leadership demonstrated.

This is just the beginning. More horizons await!
