In photo was the delegates from UM Digos College External Relations Office, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Davao del Sur and Philippine Employment Service Office with DOLE Provincial Director Leo Ariel Pepino at the 26th National Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Congress, held on October 13–16, 2026, in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

The event brought together Job Placement representatives and employment service stakeholders from across the country to strengthen collaboration, share best practices, and discuss initiatives that promote employment facilitation and workforce development.

Through their participation, the UM Digos College demonstrated its continued commitment to supporting employment programs, strengthening local employment services, and advancing initiatives that create better job opportunities for alumni.

The CAED 500 students for the 1st Semester, 1st Term of S.Y. 2026–2027 took part in the Pre-Employment Seminar for Local Applicants (PESLA) held on September 16, 2026, at the Dr. Luisa E. Tinio Gymnasium, UM Digos College.

The seminar featured 𝘿𝙧. 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙡 𝙇𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 𝘿. 𝙈𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙚𝙨 as the resource speaker, who shared valuable insights and practical guidance to help students prepare for employment and understand the expectations of the professional workplace.

The activity aimed to equip students with essential knowledge, confidence, and professional values as they prepare to transition from academic life to the world of work.
