The Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit of Jose Rizal Memorial State University (JRMSU)–Dipolog delivered an outstanding performance, achieving an impressive 99.82% rating in the 2026 ROTC Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) held today at the Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Sports Complex Oval.

With discipline, resilience, and unwavering determination, the unit demonstrated exceptional competence, marking a remarkable milestone in this year’s RAATI.

Congratulations to the entire ROTC Unit for this remarkable achievement. Your dedication and hard work continue to bring pride and honor to the university.
