💙 𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗦, 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗟𝗨𝗘 𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗕𝗢𝗡. 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗕𝗟𝗨𝗘 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗞 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗘.

This Peace Month, we invite every Paulinian to wear a blue ribbon as a visible sign of our shared commitment to peace. Wear it with purpose. Wear it with faith. Wear it as a reminder that peace begins with each of us.

Blue is more than a color. Traditionally associated with the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace, it symbolizes peace and hope, a reflection of Mary’s unwavering faith, quiet strength, and faithful “Yes” to God. As we prepare our hearts for Rosary Month, may we look to Mary’s example and find the courage to bring peace into a world marked by division, injustice, violence, dishonesty, corruption, and indifference.

As Paulinians, Christ-centered and mission-driven we are called not only to speak of peace, but to live it. Through the Blue Ribbon Movement for Peace, the ribbon we wear becomes a commitment to choose integrity, stand for truth, protect human dignity, and do what is right even when it is difficult. As we pray the Rosary with Mary, may every bead remind us that peace is built through small, faithful choices. Her “Yes” becomes our “Yes”, a yes to truth, a yes to integrity, and a yes to becoming instruments of peace.

Because peace is not simply something we wish for.
It is something we pray for, choose, and live.

So, Paulinians, wear the blue. Let it be seen. Let it speak. Let it remind us of the peace we are called to live. 💙

May the blue we wear become the peace we live.
May the peace we live become the hope our world needs.

𝐏𝐀𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐄 🕊️

Peace begins with a choice to care, to stand together, and to take action. This Advocacy Friday, the Paulinian community came together through Prayer for Peace, Campus Clean-Up Drive, and the Launching of the Blue Ribbon of Hope as expressions of our shared commitment to creating a safer, more peaceful, and united community. The Blue Ribbon of Hope Launching symbolized our collective support for peace, while the campus clean-up reflected our responsibility to care for the spaces we share.

Through these initiatives, we continue to uphold SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by fostering peace, caring for our community, and strengthening collective action.

May we continue to carry the spirit of peace beyond this day, not only in what we say, but in what we choose to do. 💙🕊️

𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐒, 𝐁𝐄𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 | Monthly Prison Ministry

The Paulinian Student Government officially begins its Monthly Prison Ministry at the BJMP Dumaguete City District Jail – Female Dormitory, marking the beginning of a continuing mission of faith, compassion, and hope.

In celebration of Peace Month, Mrs. Angela Kristine D. Ocao, Head of the Student Affairs Office, shared a meaningful talk on peace, emphasizing that true peace is achieved through our relationship with the Lord, with ourselves, with one another, and with nature. The visit also included the praying of the Holy Rosary alongside the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), entrusting their intentions and hopes to the loving care of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Through this ministry, we are reminded that peace begins within and is strengthened through prayer, understanding, and meaningful relationships. May this monthly visit continue to be a space where faith is shared, dignity is upheld, and hope is nurtured.

This activity is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by promoting emotional and spiritual wellness, SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) by affirming the dignity and inclusion of PDLs, SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) by fostering a culture of peace and restorative compassion, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through the collaboration between St. Paul University Dumaguete and the BJMP Dumaguete City District Jail – Female Dormitory.

The Paulinian Student Government proudly congratulates our fellow Paulinian leaders, Alyana Rich Decena and Yvonne Julia Pis-an, who are now REGISTERED PSYCHOMETRICIANS!

Before stepping into their profession, they first served the Paulinian community as student leaders. Through their dedication, commitment, and service, they became part of a leadership journey that continues to inspire beyond their time in student government.

Today, they celebrate a new milestone as Registered Psychometricians, carrying with them the same spirit of service and dedication they shared with the Paulinian community.
