Biology candidate at the University of San Carlos, for presenting her research at the 34𝘵𝘩 𝘚𝘺𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘰𝘯 𝘌𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘺, 2026 held in 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐤𝐢, 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧 on June 23-26, 2026. 🇯🇵

As a recipient of a 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘥 presentation grant, Ms. Cabcaban presented her research entitled 𝐔𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝙊𝙧𝙮𝙯𝙖 𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖) 𝐕𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐂 𝐑𝐜𝟐𝟑𝟖 (𝐓𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟏) 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐨𝐰- 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐲𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐞 (𝐋𝐃𝐏𝐄) 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 under the guidance of her research adviser Dr. 𝑀𝑎𝑟𝑖𝑎 𝐾𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑎 𝑂. 𝑃𝑎𝑙𝑒𝑟. The symposium convened researchers to discuss pressing environmental issues, including emerging contaminants, environmental pollutions, and ecotoxicology. Ms. Cabcaban's presentation highlighted discussions on the importance of understanding the impacts of plastic contaminants on food crops.

Failure to confirm will result in the forfeiture of your slot and will be given to the next applicant.

We are now accepting applicants with a NAT score of at least 25, regardless of their preferred program. Interviews will begin tomorrow, June 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the ST Building, Bajumpandan Campus (Main Campus 2).
