𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:
1. Open to undergraduate or graduate students, researchers and other professionals who wish to present original research or development work within the symposium topics conducted within Eastern Mindanao Biodiversity Corridor including Dinagat and Siargao Islands.
2. The abstract ought to include the following information:
𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: Must not exceed 30 words
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭: It should not exceed 300 words and must be written as a single paragraph. It should include a summary of the work conducted, the main problem addressed, the research approach used, and the highlights of the findings.
𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬: A maximum of five keywords or key phrases should be provided.
3. Submission must be done online through this link bit.ly/4lyNhBw on or before 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 at 𝟏𝟏:𝟓𝟗 𝐏𝐌.
4. Each entry will be evaluated, and authors with accepted abstracts will be notified by e-mail and be given further instructions regarding the oral or poster presentation format and the mechanics of the completing presentations.

✅Showcase scientific findings on biodiversity assessments, species movement, and conservation efforts within the corridor.
✅Highlight the socioeconomic dimensions of biodiversity conservation, including Gender and Development (GAD) perspectives and community-based strategies.
✅Celebrate community-driven initiatives and success stories that contribute to the resilience and sustainability of ecosystems and local livelihoods.
✅Strengthen collaboration among government agencies, academic institutions, civil society, and local communities for the continued protection and management of the biodiversity corridor.
✅Inspire action and innovation through symposiums, presentations, and dialogues that encourage inclusive, science-based, and culturally grounded conservation efforts.
