Silliman University Student Government - Committee on Student Organizations recently released the list of the Top Performing Student Organizations for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023.

𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐃, a fraternity and sorority founded in 1940 and is exclusive for the 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 (ROTC) Cadet Officers of Silliman University garnered the 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 in the Fraternity/Sorority Sector. REDSHIELD ranked 𝟔𝐭𝐡 among the Top 20 of the Overall Top Performing Organization. This success can be attributed to the 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 (SUROTC) Unit and its cadets who continuously supported Redshield events.

I would like to relay to everyone the invitation from Hon. Tolentino-Maxino to witness the activity in commending and declaring PBGen Malayo as Honorary Constituent of Dumaguete City.

Said activity will be on Sept. 20, 2022 at the City Council Session Hall at 9:30 in the morning!

Please be informed that RSF shall have it's FELLOWSHIP DINNER scheduled on August 27, 2022 (1800H) at Col Roman T Yap Hall, SUROTC Center.

P500.00/ attendee shall be asked to cover the FOOD and other miscellaneous expenses. An RSF Polo Shirt (dri-fit & sublimation printing) is currently being designed and would cost about P550 each.

If you are attending and/or willing to avail of the shirt, kindly notify the Secretary of SUROTC Unit, Rodolfo Jull B Locsin Jr. of your interest to attend and/or purchase the shirt (more details of the shirt will be posted w/in the week)

Lets make these happen!!!
In less than One (1) Year,
the 730th Combat Group had
18 Agriculture Cooperatives being Organized at former GIDAs and other Affected Areas.

There was No Funfare. Just commited Hardwork of my NCOs, Officers and Community Organizers.

Now working hand-in-hand with Cooperative Development Authority Dept of Agriculture, Dept of Agrarian Reform, and SEC.
We are looking forward for a Stronger Alliance in fighting Poverty, Insurgency and Social Injustice...

When we started, we fought alone...
Moving forward slowly, a few friends and stakeholders joined our battle and we succeeded. Two (2) Provinces was officially declared by the PRRD as Cleared from Communist Insurgency in my AO.

Now with the Convergence, we hope to see not a Lip Service but a Commited Action...
We need a sustainable strategy to attain a Long Time Peace...
