On 081300H August 2026, the Training Staff of the SPUD ROTC Unit, together with the Basic Cadets and Cadettes, conducted the 1st ROTC Formation through virtual instruction at the SPUD ROTC Office. The activity was conducted in compliance with Executive Order No. 50, Series of 2026, issued by the Office of the Governor of Negros Oriental, due to the reported increase in conjunctivitis cases and the implementation of Paulinian Blended Learning (PBL).

The training covered the Community Service, facilitated by Sgt Amon T Escanillan (Res) PA; Code of Citizenship and Ethics, facilitated by SSg Wilfredo M Paligsa PA (Res); and Military Customs and Traditions 1, facilitated by Sgt Arnulfo Saldua PA (Res). The discussions focused on citizenship, discipline, military conduct, customs, and traditions expected of every cadet.

The 1st ROTC Formation was successfully conducted through virtual instruction, with all scheduled topics completed by the Basic Cadets and Cadettes. The activity concluded at approximately 1700H the same day.
