Let’s celebrate Arts Month together by supporting and watching exceptional talents and performances—where creativity takes center stage and stories are told through movement, music, color, and voice. This month is an invitation to show up, to applaud our artists, and to recognize the power of the arts in shaping culture, sparking dialogue, and bringing communities together. By being present, we don’t just watch performances—we honor passion, dedication, and the courage to create. Come and be part of a celebration that inspires, uplifts, and reminds us why the arts matter.

This February, Silliman University Culture and Arts Council joins artists and cultural workers across the Philippines in celebrating National Arts Month,a time to honor Filipino creativity, heritage, and the power of artistic expression.

Guided by this year’s theme, “Ani ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting,” we recognize how the arts uphold truth and courage, foster collaboration, and contribute to building livable communities, responsible governance, and a sustainable society.

Here are Silliman University Culture and Arts Council’s events for National Arts Month 2026:

🎭 MUGNA — February 1
🎵 The Valentine Songwriting Competition — February 14
🎪 YATTA’s Bonikid: The Musical — February 6–8
🩰 Ballet Manila’s Ibong Adarna by Gerardo Francisco Jr. — February 26–88
