π‹πŽπŽπŠ | On April 24, 2026, the RAATI or Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection was conducted at the Foundation University ROTC Unit, where all cadets and officers prepared and performed their respective duties. From wearing the proper uniform, following commands, and completing activities such as PUT, up to the completion of the inspection.

There is no beginning without an opening. Guests arrived, and the Guard of Honor Assembly (GoHas) Ceremony was formally opened, led by COLONEL ANTONIO V BURTON, who inspired and strengthened the morale of the cadets and officers.

Despite the pressure and exhaustion, the opening ceremony brought motivation, reinforcing the values of responsibility and camaraderie among everyone.

From map reading, theoretical examinations, inspection, PUT, and flag signaling, everyone demonstrated dedication and commitment to accomplishing the activity smoothly and properly.

The fatigue, heat of the sun, and difficulties were all rewarded with joy when the results were announced. All efforts and sacrifices were worth it after a successful RAATI.

RAATI is never easy, it requires long preparation, discipline, and determination. It is not just about marching or drills, but a preparation for real leadership and service.

β€œThe greatness of a leader is measured by the achievements of the led.” by Gen. Omar Bradley, a reminder that leadership is reflected through the growth, performance, and success of those being led, something every cadet can testify to through experience.

π‹πŽπŽπŠ | The cadets of Foundation University performed Physical Unit Training (PUT) during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI). Under the heat of the sun, the cadets executed their tasks while wearing customized camouflage uniforms made of leaves, divided into two opposing groups, the Army and the enemy force.

During the activity, the cadets advanced and showcased the skills they had trained for over several months. They successfully maneuvered toward the enemy’s position and demonstrated tactical combat strategies, reflecting their discipline and preparedness.

No operation is complete without First Aid. After the encounter, the First Aid team immediately responded, assisting the wounded and proving that despite differences in roles and perspectives, unity prevails in times of need. Their quick response and application of learned skills highlighted their readiness and dedication during the RAATI.

Every gunshot, every movement, and every command echoed their commitment as cadets.

In every treatment of wounds, every rescue, and every effort, they showed the importance of performing their duties with care and professionalism.

The strength of these cadets proved stronger than the heat of the sun that day.
