Re: Parents’ Consultative Meeting

In compliance with Executive Order No. 26, Series of 2025, issued by Hon. Governor Manuel L. Sagarbarria suspending classes at all levels in Negros Oriental today, October 10, 2025, as a precautionary measure due to the recent earthquake in Mindanao, all face-to-face academic and co-curricular activities are temporarily put on hold.

Students are advised to wait for further announcements until 5:00 PM today regarding the Parents Consultative Meeting. The CTHM Administration is currently coordinating with the University officials to determine the most appropriate course of action in line with ongoing structural assessments and safety protocols.
Please stay tuned to the official CTHM communication channels for updates.

Please be informed that all freshmen enrollees of the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM) are required to prepare and submit the following documents to their designated Academic Advisers during the enrollment period:
🔹 Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with 2x2 picture
🔹 Notarized Grooming Policy
🔹 Insurance with accident coverage
🔹 Photocopy of SHS Report Card (Form 138)/ TOR for transferees
Evaluation of Grades/Shiftee form for Shiftees
🔹 Photocopy of NAT result
🔹 One (1) long brown envelope with plastic cover
Note:
The PDS and Grooming Policy forms are available at the Dean’s Office.
