On July 29, 2026, our BPE majors gathered for an enriching Arnis Seminar and Workshop. We gained a deeper appreciation for the history of our national martial art and sharpened our skills in fundamental techniques and handling!

โ€‹Thank you to our BPE Advisers Kathleen Dellona and Shemdaryl Medez, as well as the PESO Officers, for spearheading this activity.

โ€‹Extra gratitude to Sir Kent Edward Nalam for making time to instruct and mentor our BPE majors today. We appreciate your valuable time, guidance, and passion for training us!
