• All Dean’s Listers must be at the venue before 1:00 PM.
• All Dean’s Listers are required to wear their school uniform.

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 114 on the implementation of the Four-Day Workweek, the Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Offices of CTU Dumanjug will adopt a revised office schedule.

Effective immediately, the SAS Office will implement a compressed four-day workweek with extended office hours to ensure the continued and efficient delivery of student services.

This schedule applies to the following offices under the Student Affairs and Services (SAS):

CTU Dumanjug Admissions Office
CTU-Dumanjug Scholarship Office
Job Placement Office (CTU - Dumanjug Extension Campus PESO)

Please be informed that the offices will be 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, unless otherwise announced or when special arrangements are made for urgent or essential services.

Students and clients are encouraged to plan their transactions accordingly. The SAS Offices remain committed to delivering efficient, responsive, and quality services under this new schedule.

📅 February 19 to February 27, 2026
⏰ 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

📌 Applicants must submit the following:
• One (1) photocopy of COR (2nd Semester, AY 2025–2026)
• One (1) copy of Grades Last Semester
• Letter of Intent
NOTE: Documents should be printed on long bond paper.
