๐GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICATION๐

To be eligible for accreditation, a photo studio must meet the following criteria:
โข Must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of professional photography experience as of April 2026.
โข Must maintain an active GOLD or PLATINUM Membership (Provide the necessary supporting documentation via the designated Google Form).
โข Must be willing to prepare and edit the official graduation PowerPoint presentation for the 2026 Graduation Ceremony.

๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
Interested photo studios must comply with the following:

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐
โข Must have at least two (2) consecutive years of providing photography services to other colleges or universities is required.
โข Must submit notarized contracts, formal letters of recommendation, or equivalent legal documents to validate previous engagements.
๐. ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ข๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐
โข Must agree to settle the TUP Manila trademark licensing fee, estimated between โฑ30,000 to โฑ40,000.
๐. ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐
โข Must demonstrate its ability to manage high student volumes efficiently while still producing high quality images.
โข Must meet the following output and delivery timeline:
- Ability to deliver quality soft copies within 2โ3 business days.
- Ability to complete hard copies with frames within 2-3 weeks from the shoot date.

โข Must employ highly skilled professional make-up artists, photographers, and support personnel with sufficient experience, professionalism, and customer service skills.

The following documents must be submitted as part of the accreditation process:

โข A detailed service proposal outlining the studioโs approach to fulfilling the graduation photography requirements.
โข Quotation for the standard package as set by the Graduation Committee.
โข Company/Studio Address.
โข Latest samples of:
- Toga, Filipiniana/Barong photos
- Creative shots (both raw and edited)
- Sample make-up application

โข A list of previous partner universities/colleges, including:
- Specific college/department.
- Academic year/s of partnership.

All permits and certifications must be valid at least through December 31, 2026:
โข DTI Certificate
โข Mayorโs Permit
โข Tax Clearance Certificate
โข Income Tax Return
โข Certificate of Business Registration
โข Company Financial Statement
โข Audited Financial Statement (2025)
โข Notarized contracts with at least three (3) universities (Signatures must be redacted).
๐ฆ๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐:
โข Open to all aspiring photo studios.
โข The ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฏ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ only will be accepted before closing the application.
โข All 10 submissions will be reviewed and considered.
โข The selected TOP 5 photo studio will be discussed for an ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐.
โข The chosen TOP 3 will proceed to the ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐.
โข The ๐ข๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข ๐ฆ๐ง๐จ๐๐๐ข will be chosen based on the bidding outcome.
