To contribute to society through the pursuit of health research at the highest international levels of excellence.

MISSION:
To promote research in various fields of specialization in the health sciences by providing an environment for the conduct of integrative and collaborative basic, applied, and clinical research and development, contributing to the dissemination and application of knowledge and shaping national health policies

QUALITY STATEMENT:
Quality assurance will be cultivated among staff and resear

chers. Creating such a culture involves encouraging creative and critical thinking and constructive technical criticism among staff and researchers as a means to improve research quality. The objective is to promote cooperation, intellectual curiosity, and excellence rather than solely promoting compliance with rules and procedures. Such an environment facilitates compliance with high scientific and ethics standards, as well as professionalism and an open exchange of ideas.

Access to accurate information, quality reproductive health services, and appropriate counseling empowers people to make decisions that support healthier families and communities.
