The 246th Naval ROTC Unit β Adamson University proudly took part in the ROTC Cultural Understanding and Leadership Program (CULP) 2026, conducted in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, from 23β27 April 2026.
Representing the Unit, CDT/LTCOL KEN ZHU A ESPINAS O-1CL (Corps Plans and Programs, S5) carried the banner of Adamson University, standing among selected cadets from across Luzon to embody the competence, discipline, and excellence of the 246th NROTCU on an international stage.
In partnership with the University of Hawaii ROTC, the program immersed delegates in high-level leadership exercises, including visits to the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu and the University of Hawaii DMST Office. The itinerary further featured cultural exchanges and a rigorous Field Training Exercise (FTX) at the U.S. Marine Corps Training Area Bellows in Waimanalo, Hawaii. This international exposure reinforces the Unit's commitment to developing world-class, values-driven leaders capable of excelling in both local and global settings.
The Unit remains honored to represent Adamson University, Luzon, and the 246th NROTCU in this significant international engagement, continuously striving to Raise the Bar of Excellence.
