Navigating the Depth of Sarangani Bay

The Second-year Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science students of Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges,Inc. recently transitioned from theoretical study to immerserve field application. This acquatic exploration serves as a critical component of their curriculum, focusing on the observation of marine biodivesity and the assessment of local coral reef health.

By engaging directly with the underwater ecosystems of Sarangani Bay, these future environmental practitioners are gaining the firsthand data necessary to advocate for sustainble marine management and conservation.

A heartfelt acknowledgment goes to DriveandDive Sarangani for their expert guidance. Their commitment to diver safety and eco-conscious diving practices ensured that this academic activity was conducted with no impact on the delicate marine environment.

One EARTH, One RMMC

What does it mean to be an environmental advocate? For the RMMC BS Environmental Science program at RMMC, it means leading by example.

In honor of Earth Hour, our campus came together for a signature campaign and a solemn candle lighting ceremony. This initiative serve as a physical manifestation of our core values.

Every signature is a promise. Every candle is a vision for a cleaner, greener tomorrow.
