11 WELDER FABRICATORS Graduate of Vocational Course with NC II Welding certificate. Must have at least 6 months experience as welder. Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when necessary. Open to assignment at Km. 14, Panacan, Davao City.
11 PRODUCTION HELPERS At least High School (Grade 10 or Fourth-Year) Graduate. Honest, reliable and hardworking with knowledge of safety requirements. Must have at least 1 year experience in warehouse job. Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when necessary. Willing to be assigned in Km. 14, Malagamot Road, Panacan, Davao City or Country Side Subd., Diversion Road, Davao City.
1 SALES ENGINEER Bachelorโs degree in Mechanical or Civil, or related field. At least One (1) year of experience in technical sales, engineering, or a related technical role. Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). With experience in sales or customer service (preferred). Ability to work independently and with a team. Willing to travel or do fieldwork when necessary. Knowledge in product specifications and pricing is an advantage. Professional, proactive, and results-driven.
3 REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL Graduate of Technical/Vocational course related to Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or equivalent. At least 1โ2 years of experience in machine repairs, equipment maintenance, or facility maintenance in a manufacturing setting is an advantage. Preferably with experience in industrial repairs and maintenance. Knowledgeable in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues. Familiar with preventive maintenance procedures and safety standards. Able to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment properly. Basic knowledge in welding, fabrication, and machine assembly is a plus. Physically fit and willing to perform field and plant maintenance work. Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure. Hardworking, responsible, and with good teamwork skills. Willing to render overtime and work shifting schedules if necessary. Preferably residing in Davao City or nearby areas.
1 QUALITY AND CONTROL PERSONNEL Bachelorโs degree or at least vocational/technical training in Mechanical Engineering. Strict in implementing quality standards! Preferred to have experience in quality control, product inspection, or quality assurance. Knowledgeable of inspection procedures and quality control tools. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards. Proficient in using measuring instruments (e.g., caliper, micrometer, gauges). Skilled in documenting inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and trend analysis. Willing to work on-site and conduct inspections across different areas of the plant. Upholds integrity and professionalism in quality reporting. Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when necessary. Open to assignment at area near Country Side Subd., Diversion Road, Davao City.
