GCTI Faculty and Staff Year-End Party 2025 ✨

Last December 22, 2025, the GCTI Faculty and Staff gathered to celebrate our Year-End Party—a heartfelt occasion filled with laughter, gratitude, and meaningful conversations. It was a wonderful opportunity to look back on the challenges we faced, the milestones we achieved, and the teamwork that carried us through the year.

Strengthening TVET collaboration in the region!

Our AC Manager, Ma’am Rolinda Arante, attended the Regional TVET Forum Press Conference yesterday, held at Avior Hotel, General Santos City. The forum highlights the importance of partnerships, skills development, and workforce readiness for a stronger and more competitive region.

📋 “ASSESSOR’S CALIBRATION 2025”

GCTI proudly participated in the TESDA Assessor’s Calibration held today, December 10, 2025, at HTC – BMC 3, JTA Building, General Santos City.

This activity aims to strengthen assessment excellence by ensuring that all assessors are aligned with harmonized national standards, updated guidelines, and shared best practices. Through this calibration, assessors are better equipped to uphold fairness, accuracy, and consistency in the assessment of trainees—helping guarantee that every certified graduate truly meets industry-level competencies.

This is important as it reinforces the integrity of the TESDA assessment process and ensures that institutions like ours continue to produce highly skilled, workplace-ready graduates.

📚 GCTI Reaches Beyond Walls

The Gensan College of Technology, Inc. (GCTI) continues to uphold its mission of inclusive and transformative education through the monthly release of learning modules and our regular monthly visit to our PDL (Persons Deprived of Liberty) students at Lanton Jail.

This ongoing initiative shows that GCTI believe education is not confined within the four corners of a classroom — it goes beyond walls, extending hope, knowledge, and opportunity to every learner who dreams of a better future.
