Please be informed that the Office of Student Affairs and Services will be CLOSED on Tuesday, ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ 18, 2026 in compliance with the directive of Malacaรฑang for government offices in Cavite and other affected areas to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements due to the prevailing weather conditions.
Accordingly, the following onsite services and transactions will NOT be available on Tuesday:

โ Admission
โ Enrollment
Students, applicants, and other clients are advised not to proceed to the OSAS office during the said date. Regular office operations and onsite services will resume once the University announces the resumption of normal work arrangements.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

๐ Ilocos Sur
๐ La Union
๐ Pangasinan
๐ Benguet
๐ Zambales
๐ Bataan
๐ Tarlac
๐ Pampanga
๐ Bulacan
๐ Cavite
๐ Batangas
๐ Rizal
๐ Laguna
๐ Occidental Mindoro
Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
