Please be informed that the Office of Student Affairs and Services will be CLOSED on Tuesday, 𝖠𝗎𝗀𝗎𝗌𝗍 18, 2026 in compliance with the directive of Malacañang for government offices in Cavite and other affected areas to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements due to the prevailing weather conditions.

Accordingly, the following onsite services and transactions will NOT be available on Tuesday:

❌ Medical Services
❌ Admission
❌ Enrollment

Students, applicants, and other clients are advised not to proceed to the OSAS office during the said date. Regular office operations and onsite services will resume once the University announces the resumption of normal work arrangements.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Tarlac
📍 Pampanga
📍 Bulacan
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

The Office of Student Affairs and Services – Admission Services is pleased to inform all reapplicants that the results of the reapplication for BSP, BSEd-English, BSOA, BSHM, and BSTM are now available through the Admission Portal.

All applicants are encouraged to log in to their Admission Portal to view their application status.

Applicants who originally applied through the CCAT or Trece Campus will receive an email regarding the results of their reapplication. If you have not received an email, it means that you did not qualify for the reapplication.

The Student Orientation Program 2026 was a huge success!

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) extend its heartfelt gratitude to all new, transferee, old, and continuing students, as well as their parents and guardians, for actively participating in the Student Orientation Program held on August 7, 2026 (Friday), via Webex.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to our Campus Administrator, Prof. Marilou P. Luseco, our unit heads, faculty members, and staff for their unwavering support and assistance in making this event possible.

A special thank-you goes to the people behind OSAS whose dedication, teamwork, and commitment helped make the orientation a meaningful and successful start to the new academic year.

The Student Orientation Program formally welcomed our students to the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 and provided an opportunity to introduce the campus officials, faculty members, and key offices. Due to the inclement weather and for everyone's safety, the Face-to-Face Student Orientation Program scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled and rescheduled to August 7, 2026 (Friday). The orientation will be conducted online via Webex instead.

CvSU General Trias City Campus is now accepting reapplications for the following five (5) degree programs until tomorrow, August 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

This reapplication is open to all applicants who originally applied to CvSU General Trias City Campus or any CvSU satellite campus.

Please note that limited slots are available. Admission will be based on the availability of slots. Submitting a reapplication does not guarantee admission.
