A seasoned culinary professional with a strong foundation in local and international hospitality settings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Lyceum of the Philippines University โ€“ Cavite Campus. He completed his secondary education at Philippine Christian University โ€“ Science High School in Dasmariรฑas, Cavite. His diverse career includes roles as Commis Chef at Tagaytay Highlands, Line Cook at Fire Lake Grill Steakhouse, Head Chef at Manta Ray Bay Hotel & Yap Divers in Micronesia, Chef de Partie at the Michelin-starred Lincoln Ristorante in New York, and Senior Sous Chef with Carnival UK. He is the Chef and Owner of Morgano Restaurant, where he continues to apply his global culinary expertise and passion for excellence.
