Christ the King College, through the Community Involvement Program Office, conducted a Donation Drive for the Agay-ayan fire victims today, August 19, 2026, at the Barangay Agay-ayan Barangay Hall. The initiative was led by CIP Coordinator, Ms. Hyacinth Lou H. Berdelao, RSW, together with Dr. Carmelita C. Labadan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and volunteer Higher Education Department faculty members and students.

The activity reflected CKC’s continuing commitment to compassionate service and community solidarity, extending immediate assistance to families affected by the fire. Through this outreach, the CKC community once again lived out its mission of being Rooted in Faith, Driven by Excellence, and Called to Service—bringing hope and support where they are needed most.

Today’s Inter-Faith Gathering was a meaningful time of worship, sharing, and reflection. 💙💛

With the topic “Shaking in Life,” we were reminded of the difference between water and Coke. When shaken, water stays calm, while Coke can explode. In the same way, when life shakes us, what is inside our hearts may come out through anger, doubts, and anxiety.

The gathering encouraged us to reflect: Where is your heart when life is shaking? How do you handle it?

The Praise and Worship and Gospel Sharing were led by Gabriel Park, with Junnel Gonzales serving as an instrument through his guitar. 🎸🙏

May we learn to stay calm, trust God, and handle life’s challenges with faith and courage.

𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗶 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 13𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆

At the Christ the King College (CKC) Quadrangle, BATCH KASANGLAHI of the Criminology Program finally receive their badges last August 12 to formally welcome their internship journey.

Composed of 21 Females and 60 Male interns, the total number of 81 interns were confirmed by Criminology Program Head, Mr. Ram Christian C. Dalit, RCrim, MSCJ as parents bore witness and participation during the mass pinning ceremony where parents and loved ones had gathered to attach their students' intern pin into their uniform.

Meanwhile, many of those loved ones had firstly gathered at the Quadrangle as they witnessed the event unfold, starting with a formal entrance of the cadets with their seniors during the ceremonial parade and then during the marching of the troops to their final alignment with the Adjutant's call and the entrance of the marching band.

During the event, the Guest Speaker, PLTCOL. Dennis G. De Los Santos was given the chance to provide an uplifting message for the interns while S. Ma. Anecita C. Navaja, RVM was also present to provide her own message to the troops.

As the end of the event approached, certificates were handed to each intern as well as a speech of gratitude was afterwards presented by the Batch President, Russ Ambritchi D. Javier and formally ended with closing remarks from Mr. John Del L. Responso, RCrim, MSCJ.
