Months ago, Ms. Richel Ann D. Norba and Ms. Michel D. Lora from Capiz State University - Mambusao Satellite College stepped into a new environment, unsure of what lay ahead. They arrived eager, curious, and perhaps a little nervous - ready to take on the real-world challenges their On-the-Job Training (OJT) would bring.

Each day brought a lesson, not just in tasks and skills, but in patience, teamwork, professionalism, and perseverance. They faced challenges that tested their confidence and experienced moments that reminded them why they chose this path. Along the way, they didn't just grow as trainees - they grew as individuals.

Today, we gather to mark the end of that journey. With certificates in hand, awarded by Dr. Methusela C. Perrocha, WVFIC Director. They stand not just as program completers, but as individuals transformed by experience. This simple piece of paper represents the time they invested at the GSU-Western Visayas Food Innovation Center, the hurdles they overcame, and the potential that lies ahead.

To our OJT completers, Ms. Norba and Ms. Lora - Thank you for your dedication and for completing 300 hours of training at WVFIC. Congratulations! This maybe the end of your training, but it is only the beginning of everything you're capable of becoming.
