The DTI Youth Entrepreneurship Program – Be Your Own Boss (YEP-BYOB) is a flagship capacity-building initiative designed to equip aspiring or existing young Filipino entrepreneurs (18-30 years old) with the practical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and mentorship needed to start and sustain their own businesses.

To the young entrepreneurs of Guiuan: If you are 18–30 years old, whether you already have a business or are still developing your business idea, we encourage you to connect with the DTI- Negosyo Center Guiuan and introduce your business to us. We are here to help you discover programs, training, mentoring, and other opportunities that can support your entrepreneurial journey.

From meticulous menu planning to flawless ex*****on in the kitchen, every participant demonstrated the discipline and innovation that define future hospitality leaders.

Each dish told a story of passion and precision—crafted with care, plated with pride, and served with purpose. Beyond the flavors, students learned the importance of operational flow, time management, and collaboration—key ingredients for success in the Culinary and Operational Management industry.
