TO ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO APPLIED FOR THE INSTITUTIONAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE 1st SEMESTER OF ACADEMIC YEAR 2026โ€“2027, UNDER THE FOLLOWING SCHOLARSHIP CATEGORIES:

Academic Scholarship
Media and Publication
Supreme Student Council (SSC)
Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
Family Discount
Work-Study
Bursary

Please visit the SAS Office on September 14, 2026, Monday to receive your certification as proof of approval of your application, so you may proceed to the Accounting Office. Make sure you have submitted the following requirements to the Scholarship Office before Monday:

Assessment Slip
Certificate of Grades (2nd Semester, AY 2025โ€“2026)
Certificate of Registration (1st Semester, AY 2026โ€“2027)
Certification from your organization that you are elected/appointed of your position (SSC, Media and Publication only)
PWD Validated ID (for PWD category only)
PSA Birth Certificate (for Family Discount category only)

Students who fail to submit the complete requirements on or before the deadline will not be issued a certification and may forfeit their slot under the scholarship program for this semester.
