On July 1, 2026, the BSAB Department Orientation was successfully conducted to welcome both new and returning BSAB students as they begin the new academic year. The orientation provided students with important information about the department’s policies, academic expectations, student services, and other activities that will help guide them throughout the semester.

As part of the program, the aspiring ABSS Student Society officers were also given the opportunity to introduce themselves and present their platforms, goals, and plans for the organization. The two participating party lists, Agri-Rise Partylist and Grow Partylist, shared their visions and proposed programs, giving the students a better understanding of what each group hopes to achieve if elected. This activity encouraged students to become more engaged and informed as they prepare to choose their future student leaders.

Overall, the orientation was successfully conducted and served as a meaningful start to the academic year by helping students become more familiar with the department while promoting active participation in student leadership.
