2026 ISABELA STATE UNIVERSITY CITIZEN’S CHARTER ORIENTATION HELD AT ISU CITY OF ILAGAN

The Isabela State University (ISU) City of Ilagan Campus successfully conducted its 2026 Citizen’s Charter Orientation on April 29, 2026, at the ISU Library. The activity was spearheaded by the Quality Assurance Office and attended by Directors, Deans, and Heads of Offices.

The orientation aimed to present updates to the 2026 University Citizen’s Charter, strengthen service delivery across various offices, and ensure compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA). It also served as a platform for stakeholders to align their office processes with the revised standards and procedures.

During the presentation, participants actively engaged in discussions by raising relevant issues and concerns. Several offices proposed the inclusion of additional transactions and services that are currently being practiced but are not yet reflected in the existing Citizen’s Charter. These inputs are expected to contribute to a more comprehensive and responsive document.

The session was marked by productive dialogue, with participants sharing valuable insights and suggestions to further enhance the implementation of efficient and client-centered services within the campus.

Engr. Arnold L. Alburo, Campus Director for the Quality Assurance Office, led the presentation and provided a detailed explanation of the updated Citizen’s Charter. He encouraged all offices to thoroughly review their respective service processes and submit recommendations for continuous improvement.

The program opened with welcome remarks from Dr. Zach Chamberlain Corpuz, while Mr. Armand Francis Ruma delivered an inspirational message emphasizing the importance of commitment to quality public service.

The orientation concluded shortly after 11:00 AM, with a strong commitment from all participants to take action on the matters discussed and to continuously enhance the quality of services provided by ISU City of Ilagan Campus.
