In compliance with the Executive Order issued by the Hon. Frederick W. Siao, City Mayor of Iligan, declaring the suspension of classes in all levels, both public and private, on July 9 and 10, 2026, due to the anticipated effects of Tropical Cyclone "Inday" and the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), all face-to-face classes and office work at Iligan Capitol College (ICC) and Lyceum of Iligan Foundation (LIF) are hereby suspended on Thursday and Friday, July 9โ€“10, 2026.

To ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff, all academic activities shall shift to an asynchronous learning modality during the suspension period. Faculty members are requested to provide appropriate learning materials, assignments, or other asynchronous learning activities through the institution's designated learning platforms. Students are expected to accomplish these learning tasks within the period prescribed by their respective instructors.

All members of the ICC and LIF community are likewise advised to monitor the official communication channels of the institutions for further announcements regarding the resumption of regular classes and office operations.

Let us continue to prioritize everyone's safety while ensuring that learning remains uninterrupted. We encourage everyone to stay indoors, remain vigilant, and follow the advisories issued by the City Government of Iligan and other concerned government agencies.
