The Department of Mathematics and Statistics welcomed its incoming ๐๐’ ๐Œ๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐’ ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ฌ students during the opening of the ๐Œ๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ฌ ๐„๐ง๐ก๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ on August 3, 2026, at CSM Lecture Hall B.

The program aims to strengthen studentsโ€™ foundational competencies in Algebra and Trigonometry as they build readiness for Calculus I and other first-year mathematics courses. All incoming first-year BS Mathematics and BS Statistics students are encouraged to actively participate in this academic support initiative as they transition into their respective degree programs.
