The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) has released an advisory on the exclusive online application of the Seafarer’s Identity Document (SID) and Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) through the eGovPH App

Starting 13 May 2026, all appointments for the issuance, renewal, and replacement of the SID and SRB will be processed exclusively through the eGovPH App, in line with MARINA Advisory No. 2026-24.

Seafarer-applicants are encouraged to download the eGovPH App via the App Store, Google Play Store, or AppGallery, or visit eGovPH for more information through here: https://e.gov.ph/
