The August 2026 licensure examinations once again reflect the caliber of Mechanical Engineering and Technology professionals produced by Mindanao State University โ€“ Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT).

For the ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” ๐Œ๐ž๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐จ๐š๐ซ๐ ๐„๐ฑ๐š๐ฆ (๐Œ๐„๐‹๐„), ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น five ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฑ, with two first-time takers and three repeaters, giving the Institute a ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ% passing rate. This stands against the national passing rate of just ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿฒ.๐Ÿต๐Ÿฑ%, with 1,362 out of 3,686 examinees passing nationwide.

Meanwhile, in the ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” ๐‚๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐ž๐ ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ญ ๐Œ๐ž๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ข๐œ๐ฌ ๐‹๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐„๐ฑ๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐‚๐๐Œ๐‹๐„), MSU-IIT recorded a ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฌ% passing rate, with 1 out of 2 examinees successfully passing. Nationally, 109 out of 142 examinees passed, equivalent to a ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฒ.๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฒ% passing rate.

Beyond the numbers, the results reflect a culture where competence is built, tested, and carried forward.

With another topnotcher in the MELE, another in the CPMLE, and a perfect institutional passing rate in the Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination, MSU-IIT continues to make excellence a familiar standard.
