An important series of conversations on campus began on May 28, 2026, discussing the position and future of the GE Curriculum.

Hosted by the Center of General Education of MSU-IIT (CGEM), under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA), the HINABI: Stakeholders Roundtable Discussion on the General Education (GE) Reforms took place with the University officials as the first batch of participants.

Today, June 1, faculty, students, and alumni are having the discourse. On its last day, June 2, industry and community partners will partake in the roundtable conversation.

MSU-IIT and Hasselt University in Belgium, an active partner of the University since 2019, renewed their partnership in a signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on May 28, 2026, at the Office of the Chancellor Lounge.

Through this renewed partnership, the academic relationship and mutual cooperation between both universities will be bolstered, driving further research projects alongside teaching and extension efforts.

NOTICE OF EXTENSION: MSU LAW ADMISSIONS TEST (MLAT)

​Please be informed that the application period for the MLAT has been officially extended until June 3, 2026. The examination is scheduled to take place on June 13, 2026, at exactly 1:00 PM at the College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) building.

Individual room assignments and further administrative instructions will be sent directly to each applicant's registered email address prior to the examination date.

Prospective applicants must submit and upload their complete application documents through the designated portal at:
