The ๐ฐ๐๐ต ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ฆ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ successfully concluded their ๐๐ ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ course through a Culmination Program held last May 11, 2026, at the Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH) of Mindanao State University โ Iligan Institute of Technology.
Despite the limited time for preparation, both sections of the 4th Year BSHM students came together with dedication, teamwork, and passion to make the event a success. The program featured six competing groups: ๐ฆ๐ต๐ผ๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ป๐ผ๐ต, ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ต๐น, ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ผ๐๐, ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ, and ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐, showcasing their creativity, technical skills, and professionalism in the field of bar and beverage management.
The competition consisted of two exciting segments: ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ธ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น ๐ ๐ถ๐
๐ถ๐ป๐ด, where two representatives from each group demonstrated their drink mixing expertise, and ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ, where each group showcased coordination, creativity, and showmanship through entertaining and skillful presentations.

Their insightful feedback, encouragement, and willingness to support academic activities made the experience more meaningful and enriching for everyone involved. The students are deeply grateful for their continued support of the BS Hospitality Management program and for sharing their knowledge and experiences with the future generation of hospitality professionals.
The program was also honored by the presence of a special guest whose attendance further elevated the significance of the event. Likewise, sincere gratitude is extended to the 3rd Year BSHM students whose assistance behind the scenes contributed greatly to the smooth flow and success of the program.
More than a final requirement, this culmination program became a celebration of collaboration, resilience, and experiential learning. It highlighted the studentsโ ability to apply the knowledge and skills they acquired throughout the semester while demonstrating that determination, teamwork, and passion can transform challenges into memorable achievements.
The HME121 Bar and Beverage Management Culmination Program stands as a testament to the dedication of the students, the guidance of their instructors, the support of their fellow BSHM students, and the invaluable contributions of the alumni who continue to inspire and uplift the Hospitality Management program.
