Pursuant to Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson (MOC) No. 350, s.2026, the Commission on Higher Education Region X (CHEDRO X) held a quarterly consultation and dialogue with Student Council (SC) Leaders on August 24, 2026, via Zoom.

The dialogue served as a platform for student leaders across Northern Mindanao to raise concerns, share recommendations, and exchange perspectives on matters affecting the student community. Key discussions included campus safety, security and protection, scholarships, student welfare and services, academic concerns, and other issues requiring attention and appropriate action.

Yesterday, The ICC Supreme Student Council remains committed to actively engaging in consultations and dialogues that promote meaningful student participation, strengthen student representation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of higher education services.

On August 21, 2026, the newly elected Supreme Student Council (SSC) officers, together with the officers of the different departments and student clubs of Iligan Capitol College, officially took their Oath of Office. This moment marks the beginning of a new chapter in their journey as student leaders, one rooted in service, responsibility, dedication, and commitment to their fellow students and the ICC community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our school heads, deans, faculty members, and advisers for their unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement.
