To elevate our tourism frontliners is to elevate our home. The College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) proudly celebrates its faculty member and accredited DOT FBSE Regional Trainer, Mr. Christopher M. Garcia Jr., for serving as the expert resource speaker at the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training last July 15 at the breathtaking Durano Views Mountain Resort in Kapatagan. In partnership with DOT Region 10 and the Province of Lanao del Norte, Sir Chris expertly guided local tourism stakeholders,ranging from café frontliners to LGU representatives in strengthening their commitment to genuine Filipino hospitality. By investing in these professionals and equipping them to deliver exceptional, heartfelt service, he is helping to build a local tourism industry that welcomes every visitor to the province with authenticity and pride.
