𝐌𝐒𝐔-𝐈𝐈𝐓 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐄𝐁𝐀 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐄 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬

Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) celebrated the exceptional achievements and long-standing dedication of its faculty members and staff during the annual Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Awards. Among the highlights of the university-wide event was the stellar performance of the College of Economics, Business, and Accountancy (CEBA), which took home several of the institution’s top honors.

Leading the university-wide accolades for the college is 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗮 𝗗. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗮-𝗢, 𝗣𝗵𝗗, who received the highly prestigious Gawad Tsanselor Natatanging Siyentista ng Pamantasan sa Larangan ng Edukasyon, Kalakal, at Agham Panlipunan. This award names her as MSU-IIT’s outstanding university scientist in the fields of education, business, and social sciences. Further solidifying her academic excellence, Dr. Manala-O was also honored with the Gawad Dekano para sa Natatanging G**o sa Larangan ng Pananaliksik.

Another major victory for CEBA was achieved by 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘁. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗦. 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁, who secured a sweeping win of three major faculty distinctions. She was awarded the Gawad Dekano para sa Natatanging G**o ng Taon, alongside the Gawad Dekano para sa Natatanging G**o sa Larangan ng Pagtuturo and the Gawad Dekano para sa Natatanging G**o sa Larangan ng Paglilingkod sa Komunidad, demonstrating her well-rounded impact in teaching and grassroots community service.

MSU-IIT also paid tribute to the enduring loyalty of CEBA's workforce, honoring dedicated educators and staff members who have marked major employment milestones at the institute:

This year's 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 recognition is especially meaningful. It marks our third consecutive MOLC title, following the achievements of the 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (AY 2023–2024) and the 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
