The unofficial list of candidates for the USC and CSC Elections has been released. This includes all individuals who have filed their Certificate of Candidacy (COC), and is currently subject to review and evaluation.

• Updated Bio-Data
• Certified Copy of the Candidate's TOR or Copy of Grades from the Previous Semester immediately prior to the Filing of Candidacy (Authenticated by the Candidate's Adviser)
• Sworn Certification for Unreleased Grades – in cases where grades have not yet been released, a sworn certification from the subject teacher is required stating that the candidate has no failing or incomplete (INC) remarks
• Certificate of Enrolment or Registration Form
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Accomplished Affidavit of Undertaking (For Graduating Students)*
• Additional requirements included
• ID photo (to be used in the Voting Panel)
• Photo proof with Certificate of Candidacy
