Camera on during class daw sabi ni teacher?

Yes! Pwedeng ipabukas sa students ang kanilang cameras for reasons necessary to their online learning. Kailangan din kasi ito para matulungan ang teachers na makapagturo nang maayos during synchronous classes... but NEVER AT THE EXPENSE OF DATA PRIVACY (❗️).

Maraming klase ng personal data ang pwedeng ma-disclose sa pag-on ng camera, lalo na't dahil pwedeng naka-display ang mga ito sa private living spaces ng students. This is why it is important for schools to create policies or guidelines on the use of cameras for the conduct of online classes and examinations.

Anu-ano ang dapat i-consider?
- Encourage the use of VIRTUAL BACKGROUNDS! ✅
- Equality and fairness tuwing may technical difficulties, limited internet connection, device malfunction, at iba pang valid reasons.

Balanse kasi dapat palagi ang education at ang right to privacy, 'di ba?
