HAPPY WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

This year, we celebrate World Mental Health Day with the theme:

"Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change"

World Mental Health Day provides an opportunity to meaningfully engage with people with lived experience (PWLE) with mental health conditions and recognize their knowledge as a valuable source of expertise. This year's campaign encourages them to use their voices to influence the policies, services, and decisions that affect them (World Health Organization, 2026).

To our seafarers who continue to endure, persevere, and inspire, may your light never dim. Beyond the strength you show and the responsibilities you carry, your well-being matters too. You deserve to be heard, supported, and understood.

Because every story matters. Every struggle deserves compassion, regardless of its nature or severity.

You are enough,
Your experience matter, and
You, are not alone.
