The implementation of the Supreme Court’s (SC) Mandanas-Garcia ruling has begun this 2022 and full devolution is foreseen by 2024.

With greater financial resources and increased local autonomy of the Local Government Units (LGUs), let us find out how the implementation of the ruling has progressed over the past months through our resource persons from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

A proud Ilonggo, Cadet 1CL CALEB C RICONALLA, left the midst of comforts of his family to take on the PMA challenge.

Growing up in church, with his mother as a teacher, and his father as a full-time pastor. He developed a passion for music as a member of his church music team. Leaving these to pursue the military profession, he remained faithful in bringing glory to God, which helped him survive the rigorous training inside the academy. Now, he invites you to take courage and be a PMA cadet!
