The School Grand Rally Election for the next set of officers for Academic Year 2026 to 2027 has successfully concluded, marking a meaningful celebration of student leadership and participation. This event serves as an important platform for aspiring student leaders to present their vision, inspire their fellow students, and demonstrate their commitment to service, responsibility, and integrity. May this event serve as a reminder that true leadership is built on integrity, commitment, and a genuine desire to serve others.

At the same time, the event also highlighted the electronic voting system used during the election, showcasing the role of technology in making the process more organized, efficient, and reliable. Together, the Grand Rally Election and the use of the electronic voting system reflected a school community that values both leadership development and innovation in school activities.

The NIPSCLC Library Management System was originally developed in 2018 as a research output of the IT Department. In 2022, copyright was granted by IPOPHIL. In 2023, the system was acquired by NISU VSSC to support and enhance its library services, and it remains operational to this day.

The system features RFID-based student login and logout, as well as barcode-enabled inventory management for books, manuals, and magazines. It also facilitates the borrowing and returning of library materials through barcode scanning.
In addition, the system provides ready-to-print analytical reports, including student login and logout records, borrowing and lending transactions, and various reports related to books and student activity.

The continuity of this initiative reflects the strong commitment of our department and our partners at NISU VSSC. We extend our sincere gratitude to the NISU VSSC administration for their trust and to the library staff for their continued support. We look forward to pursuing more innovations in the future.
