The Goal : To fight the “silent killer”by raising awareness on cardiovascular risks.

Quick ACTIONS this week:

1.Check your BP-normal is below
120/80 mmHg
2.Cut back on salt and sugary drinks
3. Move daily- a 15 minute walk lowers blood pressur
