1. Gate 5 shall serve as the designated pedestrian exit point immediately after the conclusion of the Baccalaureate Mass to facilitate the orderly movement of attendees leaving the university premises.
2. All vehicles entering the university through Gate 1 and Gate 5 shall be subject to mandatory security inspection in accordance with established university security protocols.
3. Motorists, pedestrians, and visitors are advised to cooperate with security personnel and strictly observe all traffic and security regulations to ensure smooth vehicular flow, maintain campus safety, and prevent congestion during the event.

1. All attendees shall be subject to security screening upon entry.
2. Refusal to undergo inspection shall constitute grounds for denial of entry.
3. The University Security Office may temporarily hold prohibited items when feasible; otherwise, such items must be removed from the premises.
4. Illegal items shall be turned over to law enforcement authorities for appropriate action.
Any person found in possession of prohibited items or who violates this policy may be:
-Denied entry into the venue;
-Escorted out of the premises;
-Referred to the appropriate law enforcement agency when applicable.

The following items are strictly prohibited within the venue and university premises during the conduct of the Baccalaureate Mass.
WEAPONS AND DANGEROUS ARTICLES
-Fi****ms, ammunition, and firearm replicas.
-Knives, bladed weapons, cutters, and sharp objects.
-Batons, clubs, brass knuckles, and similar weapons.
-Explosive materials, fireworks, firecrackers, and pyrotechnic devices.
-Flammable, corrosive, toxic, or hazardous substances.
-Laser pointers and similar devices that may disrupt the ceremony.
ITEMS CAUSING DISTURBANCE OR DISRUPTION
-Air horns, whistles, megaphones, and other noisemakers.
-Portable speakers and sound amplification devices.
-Confetti, glitter, streamers, and confetti poppers.
-Balloons and inflatable objects.
-Large banners, placards, posters, and flags that obstruct views or disrupt proceedings.
-Any item intended to create disorder, disturbance, or distraction during the ceremony.
PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES
-Alcoholic beverages.
-Illegal drugs and controlled substances.
-Drug paraphernalia.
-Electronic ci******es, vapes, to***co products, and smoking materials.
RESTRICTED BAGS AND CONTAINERS
-Large backpacks, luggage, and oversized bags.
-Coolers, ice boxes, and storage containers.
-Glass bottles and breakable containers.
OTHER PROHIBITED ITEMS
-Drones and remote-controlled devices.
-Professional photography and videography equipment without authorization.
-Any item deemed by the University Security Office to pose a safety, security, or operational risk.
