PROJECT AMUMA: CFC-YFC Love in Action

Through Project Amuma: Love in Action, the CFC–YFC ISAT U Chapter lived out this verse by sharing not just food, but genuine care and compassion. As Tradeans faced the challenges of midterm exams, our brothers and sisters in YFC offered a warm bowl of arroz caldo and bread — a simple yet meaningful reminder that love and service go hand in hand.

Each serving was more than just nourishment for the body; it was a taste of God’s love, shared with every spoonful. 🍲🙏

CFC–Youth for Christ ISAT U Chapter Pledges Service at Student Organizations Oath-Taking Ceremony 2025

The CFC–Youth for Christ ISAT U Chapter officers, together with their newly appointed adviser Dr. Alan N. Muñoz and co-adviser Dr. Joselito Trandio P. Mendoza, have officially taken their oath during the Student Organizations Oath-Taking Ceremony 2025, joining hands with fellow accredited student organizations of the university.

As a fully accredited religious organization in ISAT U, CFC–YFC stands firm in its mission to build Christ-centered youth leaders who embody faith, excellence, and servant leadership. This year, the chapter is set to carry out programs that nurture spiritual growth, camaraderie, and social responsibility—from prayer gatherings and leadership training to outreach missions and values formation activities.

Looking ahead, CFC–YFC ISAT U Chapter commits to being a constant light in the campus, helping students not only excel academically but also live with integrity, compassion, and purpose. Through its vision of empowering the next generation, the organization aims to create a culture of service, unity, and faith in action for years to come.

Beyond Borders: CFC–YFC ISAT U Builds New Chapter at ISAT U Miag-ao Campus

The CFC–Youth for Christ ISAT U Chapter joyfully announces the opening of a new chapter at ISAT U Miag-ao Campus, one of the vibrant external campuses of Iloilo Science and Technology University. As the Iloilo City Campus prepares for its re-accreditation, the Miag-ao Chapter is also laying the foundation of a new spiritual home for all existing and aspiring YFC members in the campus — a place where faith, friendship, and service meet. With a heart ignited to move forward, this new chapter is inviting students to be part of a Christ-centered, youth-driven community.

A Renewed and United Society in Christ Through the Campuses — this is the heart of the YFC Campus-Based Program. It is more than just a vision; it is a mission to bring God’s love into colleges and universities, creating a community where young people can grow in faith, build lasting friendships, develop leadership skills, and serve with joy. It is a space where students are inspired to live with purpose, lead with integrity, and become a light to others, transforming their campuses into vibrant centers of faith and service.

Both the Iloilo City and Miag-ao Chapters are preparing for accreditation, ready to serve with burning passion, unwavering leadership, and wholehearted commitment — all for the mission of leading more young people to Christ.

This event is more than just a showcase—it’s an invitation for every student to explore their passions, discover what different organizations have to offer, and choose the community where they can truly belong. It’s a celebration of talents, interests, and the many ways young people can grow together.

For us in YFC, joining this activity is a step forward in our mission to reach out to the youth, inspire them to live with faith and purpose, and build lasting friendships.
