On October 9, 2026, we gathered for โ€œAn Ode to St. Vincent and St. Louise,โ€ with the inspiring theme โ€œ๐‘ป๐’˜๐’ ๐‘ฏ๐’†๐’‚๐’“๐’•๐’”, ๐‘ถ๐’๐’† ๐‘ด๐’Š๐’”๐’”๐’Š๐’๐’: ๐‘ณ๐’๐’—๐’† ๐’Š๐’ ๐‘จ๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’.โ€ The event celebrated the values of faith, service, charity, and education as we paid tribute to the remarkable legacies of St. Vincent de Paul and St. Louise de Marillac.

With nine talented contestants, each presentation became a beautiful expression of creativity, passion, and appreciation for the lives, missions, and unwavering dedication of St. Vincent de Paul and St. Louise de Marillac. Through their heartfelt performances, we were reminded that true love is best expressed through service, compassion, and selfless acts of kindness.

From the opening prayer to the final song, every moment reflected the Vincentian spirit of serving others with humility and love. May the examples of St. Vincent and St. Louise continue to inspire us to serve with compassionate hearts, give generously, and make a difference in the lives of those around us.

Beyond the performances, this event was made possible by the time, effort, and cooperation of many people. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Dean, Dr. Antonio S. Urbano Jr.; our IBED Principal, Dr. Noeme Jutajero; our faculty members; judges; contestants; and everyone who contributed, in ways both seen and unseen, in making this activity successful.

As we carry the spirit of this celebration may we remember the words of St. Vincent de Paul:

We also reflect on the Vincentian spirit embodied by St. Louise de Marillac, who reminded us that:

Their lives and teachings serve as a reminder that our mission extends beyond this event. It lives on in every act of service, every gesture of compassion, and every expression of love we extend to others.
