Relive the moments! 🤩 Check out these snaps from our "From Inside and Out" seminar on May 24. We had a fantastic time exploring the biochemical influences on human behavior, all thanks to the brilliant insights shared.

These pictures show just how engaged our Kabsuhenyos were as 𝑫𝒓. 𝑮𝒍𝒂𝒅𝒚𝒔 𝑴. 𝑭𝒂𝒖𝒏𝒊 broke down the "Power within Biochemical Blueprint of Human Behavior." It was truly a knowledge-filled discussion!

Thanks for being part of it, everyone!

Fair winds, Psychmates! 🌬️

Our seminar on stress, led by the fantastic 2A psych students, was a huge success! We sailed through the depths of cortisol and dopamine and learned so much.

A massive thank you to our brilliant speakers, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐛 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐑. 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐨 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐆. 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, for steering us through this insightful discussion! Their expertise made the complex world of stress so much clearer.

🌱 Strengthening Partnerships Through Sustainable Innovation: ECO-JAIL Project

The Department of Biological and Physical Sciences, led by Mrs. Milagros P. Viado, recently visited the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) as part of our ongoing collaboration on the Hydroponics and Aquaponics Extension Project.

During the visit, Mr. Ramer P. Cerillo, Science Instructor of DBPS, conducted an informative session for the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), highlighting the benefits of modern farming techniques, particularly hydroponics—an ideal solution for food production in areas with limited space.

We were also honored to hear updates from JCINSP Victor P. Capuno, Jail Warden - Male Dormitory, who shared the progress and efforts being made in sustaining their hydroponics setup within the facility.

This initiative reflects our shared commitment to promoting sustainable practices and providing meaningful livelihood opportunities that empower communities—even behind bars.

Fuel Your Mind with the Power of Carbs!

Join us for an eye-opening session entitled “𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐡𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬” and discover how what you eat affects how you feel and think.

This isn’t just another nutrition talk—this is where science meets everyday life. Learn how carbohydrates play a vital role in brain function and emotional well-being. Explore the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel, backed by neuroscience and real-world insight.

We are honored to welcome our guest speaker, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐆.
