Admission Requirements and Procedures for First Semester, AY 2022-2023
1. In light of quarantine restrictions and other logistical matters, the conduct of admission exam will be waived for 1st Semester, AY 2022-2023. However, the grades of applicants shall still be evaluated according to the admission policy of the University and SHS strand/track shall still be implemented based on the Revised Policy on Admission & Retention for Undergraduate Programs – BOR Resolution No. 52 s. 2018.

2. To minimize exposure to COVID 19 virus, all application forms and required documents shall be submitted online for the whole CvSU System.

Procedure for Submission of Requirements:
A. Applicants shall fill out the application form through this link:
https://apps.cvsu.edu.ph/admission/
B. After downloading the application form, applicants should accomplish the form, affix their signature, and attach 1×1 ID picture.
C. The following are the required documents/credentials that must be submitted online:
Filipino Applicants- First Year Applicants (SHS graduate but not yet enrolled to any college/university)
• Accomplished Application Form for Admission
• Copy of completed Grade 12 report card duly signed by their School Administrator/Principal/Adviser, with indication of the strand of the student

Filipino Applicants- First Year Applicants (graduating SHS students)
• Accomplished Application Form for Admission
• First semester grades (1st or 2nd grading period) in the copy of Grade 12 report card or Certificate of Grades duly signed by their School Administrator/Principal/Adviser, with indication of the strand of the student

Filipino Applicants- First Year Applicants (ALS passers)
• Accomplished Application Form for Admission
• Certificate of rating

Filipino Applicants- Transferees (Those who started college level from other university/school)
• Accomplished Application Form for Admission
• Copy of Transcript of records/Certification of grades
• Other required documents such as Honorable Dismissal, Certificate of Good Moral Character, NBI or Police Clearance shall be submitted AFTER the applicant passed the grade evaluation of the College/Campus concerned
Filipino Applicants- Second Course Applicants (Those who finished a two-year program or four-year degree program)
• Accomplished Application Form for Admission
• Copy of Transcript of records/Certification of grades
• Other required documents such as Honorable Dismissal shall be submitted AFTER the applicant passed the grade evaluation of the College/Campus concerned

Filipino Applicants- Teacher Certificate Program (TCP) Applicants (Those who finished a degree program)
• Accomplished Application Form for Admission
• Copy of Transcript of records (TOR)

Congratulations CvSU Imus qualifiers!

Here are the steps on how to check the result of your application for admission at CvSU Imus Campus:

1. Visit http://cvsu-imus.edu.ph/admission;
2. Sign in using the account registered during application;
3. In the Home / Dashboard, navigate into Step 5. Admission Result section of the page.

Reminders:
1. Be sure you are typing the email address and your password correctly.
2. Upon entering the website read and follow the instructions carefully.

The maximum number of applicants has been reached, and the initial batch of qualified applicants will be announced on our page by the end of June, identified by their application control number/ID.

Cavite State University's Imus Campus's online application portal will close on Monday, June 21, 2021, at 11:59 a.m.
The maximum number of applicants has been reached, and the initial batch of qualified applicants will be announced on our page by the end of June, identified by their application control number/ID.

• Transcript of records/Certification of grades

There are two ways by which applicants may submit all the required documents: hard copy via drop box/courier/mail OR softcopy via online means.

Only photocopies of the required documents should be submitted
