𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐎 𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 | On May 18, 2026, Intern Rochelle Canales and Intern April Galon of the CCJ Criminology Internship Program participated in the program “𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐆-𝐍𝐔𝐎𝐃: 𝐊𝐊𝐊 kasama si Daniel Castro” aired on DZJV 1458 Radyo Calabarzon.

The program discussed the vital role of law enforcement personnel in maintaining peace, order, and public safety within the community. The activity also served as an opportunity for the interns to gain additional knowledge and practical insights related to the field of criminology and public service.

Last May 12, 2026, the send-off ceremony for Class Sidlak-Tala and Class Laon Alab took place at the Cavite PPO Grandstand, Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, City of Imus, Cavite. This memorable event marked the beginning of their on-the-job training journey.

The ceremony was made even more meaningful with heartfelt messages and words of guidance delivered by PCOL ARIEL R RED, Provincial Director, Cavite PPO, in the presence of PLTCOL W***Y B SALAZAR, Deputy Provincial Director for Administration. This milestone was also made possible through the coordination and support of Dr, Marissa L. Ikan, Dean, College of Criminal Justice, Ms. Silkie C. Tuguinay, Ms. Justine D. Tristeza, Mr. Marlon E. Balasbas, Mr. Christopher Lee C. Arciaga, and Mr. Michael P. Olicia, Intern Coordinators whose efforts ensured the success of the event.

As these dedicated 4th-year students embark on this new chapter, we wish them all the best as they take on new challenges, gain valuable experiences, and achieve their goals. Good luck, future professionals!

On May 7, 2025, we proudly celebrated the success of the 132 newly Licensed Criminologists from Cavite State University – College of Criminal Justice who triumphantly passed the February 2026 Criminologist Licensure Examination from 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐢, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐛, and 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐨𝐦. This achievement is more than just passing the board examination—it is a reflection of perseverance, dedication, and passion for the field of criminology.

Cavite State University proudly ranks 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐁 (with 101–199 examinees) with an outstanding average passing rate of 99.25% in the February 2026 Licensure Examination for Criminologists (LEC). This milestone stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment of the faculty, staff, students, and the entire CvSU community in upholding academic excellence and integrity.

Behind every name called is a story of sacrifice, determination, and resilience. The road to success was never easy—filled with sleepless nights, challenges, and moments of doubt—but these passers remained steadfast in their dreams of serving the community and making a difference.
