Following the persistent appeals of the Central Student Government (CSG) and College Student Councils regarding student welfare during adverse weather conditions, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) has issued Office Memorandum No. 44, s. 2026.

Key directives from the memorandum:
• Implementation Date Shift: Due to intermittent weather conditions causing discomfort among students, the mandatory wearing of prescribed uniforms for ALL students across Main and Satellite Campuses will now officially commence on October 12, 2026.
• Attire Guidelines: For instances where students are not required to wear uniforms—including the period prior to October 12, events, or other school activities—students are expected to adhere to the dress guidelines established under Office Memorandum No. 42, s. 2026.
