ADVISORY: 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

Due to an ongoing power outage at the Main Campus, all 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 scheduled today from 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 are postponed. All Deans are instructed to closely monitor the situation, coordinate the rescheduling of affected exams, and ensure the revised schedule is promptly communicated to both students and faculty members.

We’re so used to seeing boys hand over the bouquet, write the sweet messages, and plan the little surprises. But what if, just for today, we let them be on the receiving end? 🫢 After all, 𝙗𝙤𝙮𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙤! 🌷💗

A meaningful milestone unfolded on 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, as the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 – 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗨𝗙𝗬-𝗦𝗖) was 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 during the 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 held at the 𝗖𝘃𝗦𝗨 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗜𝗖𝗢𝗡).

Alongside the recognition, the event brought together student leaders and organizations for a day of learning and reflection centered on the theme, “𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.”

The program featured insightful sessions from distinguished resource speakers. 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮. 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗖. 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝗥𝗣𝘀𝘆, shared valuable insights on social intelligence and resilience. 𝗠𝗿. 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗩. 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗹 led the Gender and Sensitivity Orientation, while 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗣. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘇 discussed the 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁 (𝗥𝗔 𝟭𝟭𝟯𝟭𝟯) and the 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁 (𝗥𝗔 𝟳𝟴𝟳𝟳).

Leadership is more than holding a position. It is about understanding others, creating safe spaces, and using our voices to serve with purpose. May this gathering inspire every student leader to lead not only with confidence, but also with compassion, responsibility, and inclusivity. 🌱

Noong Setyembre 18 at 21, nagtipon ang mga mag-aaral ng 𝐂𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘 upang ipahayag ang pagtutol sa pagbawas ng pondo para sa edukasyon at igiit ang sapat na suporta para sa pampublikong pamantasan.

Noong Setyembre 18, isinagawa ang 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 at 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, kung saan nagsama-sama ang mga Kabsuhenyo mula sa iba’t ibang departamento at organisasyon ng unibersidad. Bitbit ang kani-kanilang panawagan, nagtipon ang komunidad upang ipahayag ang pagtutol sa mga pagbawas sa pondong nakalaan para sa edukasyon.

Makalipas ang tatlong araw, isinagawa naman ang 𝗖𝘃𝗦𝗨 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁, na nagsimula sa paghahanay sa 𝗖𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗥, patungong 𝗖𝗔𝗦, 𝗖𝗘𝗜𝗧, 𝗖𝗘𝗗 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲, hanggang sa 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗮’𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮. Sa magkabilang araw ng pagkilos, malinaw na umalingawngaw ang tinig ng mga mag-aaral para sa sapat na pondo at suporta sa pampublikong edukasyon.

Magkaiba man ang anyo ng dalawang pagkilos, kapwa ipinakita ng mga Kabsuhenyo ang kanilang paninindigan para sa isang edukasyong may sapat na pondo at suporta.
